1. Print-On-Demand Policy
All our products are made using Printify’s print-on-demand service. Each item is custom-made only when ordered, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo showing the damage or defect.

There’s no need to return the damaged product.
3. Refund Details
Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.
- If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, the refund will be returned to your original payment source in your local currency.
- Please allow time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Issues with Multiple Products
If multiple products using the same design are affected, we may request an additional photo or video showing all the affected items in one frame for confirmation.
5. Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you have two options:
- Request a reprint for an additional charge.
- You can choose to receive a partial refund.
6. Print Placement Tolerance
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement is acceptable. Minor variations in print positioning are not considered defects.
